What is the quality of these products? 

All BuckHawk Designs products are the highest quality.  Each is a unique, original design. Our desigers are professionals in their own areas of expertise and provide these products to BuckHawk Center Animal Rescue to help us raise necessary funds. 

 

What is the Personalize and Mail option for the Greeting Cards?

You can have us mail any of our cards for you. If we mail it, you want to be able to add a personal message, i.e., All my love, Gramma. In the Personalize and Mail option, that's were you get to do all this. We need from you the name and address of your recipient and your personal message. We add your message, using a handwriting font, to the inside of the card and send it to your recipient, with your return address on the envelope. All this for only the cost of a postage stamp!

 

What is the delivery time?

Our cards are sent out the next business day, via USPS. The Post Office requires a 3-7 day window to deliver your cards. We ask that you plan accordingly to make sure your card arrives in time for that special day.

All other products are sent within 4 days of receipt of payment. Some items require customization which requires a little more time.

 

What is the postage/shipping charge?

We use USPS for all our mailing and shipping. To send a card to someone else, the cost is 1 first class postage stamp (48 cents). All our other products have a flat shipping rate of $2.95.

 

What about shipping outside the U.S.?

We are happy to ship anywhere in the world.  Please request shipping rates before you purchase.  It is out of our control for fees charged by the receiving country.  These would be your responsibility.

 

What is your guarantee?

Our guarantee  provides you with 100% return of your purchase price, if you are not happy with any item. All of our items are the highest quality and represented accurately on our website.  We cannot be responsible for errors or mistakes outside of our control (i.e., user error, late delivery, etc.)
